Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the order.
The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of delivery error or defective product.
Product Condition
The item must be in perfect condition, with packaging, tags, and accessories. Any damaged or incomplete product will not be refunded.

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will process the refund within 14 days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original order.
